DMCA Takedown Policy
Our policy for addressing copyright infringement claims.
Last Updated: May 8, 2025
ClickAdu ("Company", "we", "our", "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, ClickAdu will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the ClickAdu service and/or the ClickAdu website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to ClickAdu's Designated Copyright Agent identified in the sample notice below.
1. Notification of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to ClickAdu's Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, ClickAdu will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.
To file a notice of infringing material on ClickAdu, please provide a notification containing the following details:
- Reasonably sufficient details to enable us to identify the work claimed to be infringed or, if multiple works are claimed to be infringed, a representative list of such works (for example: title, author, any registration or tracking number, URL).
- Reasonably sufficient details to enable us to identify and locate the material that is claimed to be infringing (for example a link to the page that contains the material).
- Your contact information so that we can contact you (for example, your address, telephone number, email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material identified in (2) is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Delivering the Notice
Please deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to ClickAdu's Designated Copyright Agent:
Designated Copyright Agent
ClickAdu Designated Agent
ClickAdu Copyright Department
123 AdTech Avenue, Suite 404,
Digital City, DC 10001,

Email: [email protected] (or your specific copyright email address)
Phone: +1 (234) 567-8900
Please note that for security reasons, email attachments may be blocked. Accordingly, if you submit your notice via email, please include the required information in the body of the email and not as an attachment.
False claims: You could be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that material is infringing your copyright. We recommend contacting an attorney if you are unsure whether material is protected by copyright laws.
3. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that material you posted on the site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (a "Counter-Notice") by submitting written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent (identified above). Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- An identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury by you that you have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which ClickAdu may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, the DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action against you within ten business days of receiving the copy of your Counter-Notice.
Please note that we may provide a copy of your Counter-Notice to the original complaining party, including your contact information.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, ClickAdu has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at ClickAdu's sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. ClickAdu may also at its sole discretion limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
5. Modifications to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. We will post the most current version of this policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy.
6. Contact Information
If you have any questions regarding this DMCA Policy, please contact our Designated Copyright Agent at the address or email provided above, or via our general contact page.
